Scientific and technical potential of our enterprise, including manufacturing department and institute of cable industry (UkrNIIKP), allows us to produce a wide range of cables and wires both traditional types of ship cables and new cables with temperature on the conductor up to +90°С, flame retardant, halogen free, fire-resistant, keeping working efficiency for 3 hours at temperature of 850ºС. Service life of the cables is not less than 35 years, pressurized cables, special purpose cables of breaking load up to 30 tones.
Cables produced by “Azov Cable Company”, meet the requirements of international standards, meet the requirements of Maritime Register of Shipping and technical requirements for the supplying of electrical cables for the ships, drilling platforms and deep water objects.
Quality Management System of our enterprise was certified by Russian Maritime Register of Shipping on correspondence to the requirements of ISO 9001-2008. Ship cables, produced by our company have Type Approval Certificate of Russian Maritime Register of Shipping, “Voenelectroncert” certificate (in Military Register System).
Quality of our products confirms by the fact that it is constantly supplying at above-water and underwater ships of Russian Navy and as part of products of Navy of India (frigates that were built at “Yantar” plant, “Gorshkov” aerocarrier, atom-powered submarine «Nerpa” and so on ), China, Viet-Nam. For four years we have been supplying cables for NPP India – “Kudankulam” and Iran – “Busher”.
